21B Engaging in conduct to intimidate, menace or harass persons attending religious assembly
(1) A person must not, without lawful excuse, engage in conduct that the person intends will intimidate, menace or harass a person—
(2) In a proceeding for an offence against subsection (1), it is not necessary for the prosecution to prove that a person was intimidated, menaced or harassed.
(3) A reference in subsection (1) to a person arriving at a place to attend a meeting referred to in that subsection includes a person arriving at that place before the meeting has commenced or before any other persons have assembled.
