21A Assaulting person attending religious assembly
(1) A person must not, without lawful excuse, assault a person—
(2) A reference in subsection (1) to a person arriving at a place to attend a meeting referred to in that subsection includes a person arriving at that place before the meeting has commenced or before any other persons have assembled.
