Schedule 4—Savings and transitional provisions 1—Interpretation In this Schedule— designated day means a day appointed by proclamation as the designated day for the purposes of the provision in which the term is used; repealed Act means an Act repealed by Schedule 3. 2—Continuation of proceedings under repealed Acts Any proceedings commenced in the Court under a repealed Act that have not been finally determined before the designated day may be continued and completed under that Act as if this Act had not been enacted.
