7 Extraterritorial operation

This Act applies within and outside Victoria to the full extent of the extraterritorial legislative power of the Parliament.

Part 2—Suburban Rail Loop Authority

Division 1—Establishment

8 Establishment

(1) The Suburban Rail Loop Authority is established.

(2) The Suburban Rail Loop Authority—

(a) is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b) has an official seal; and

(d) may acquire, hold and dispose of property; and

(e) may do and suffer all acts and things that a body corporate may by law do and suffer.
