19 Board of Directors

(1) The Authority must have a board of directors.

(2) The board must consist of no fewer than 3, and no more than 9, directors appointed in accordance with this Division.

(3) The board—

(a) is responsible for the management and affairs of the Authority; and

(b) may exercise the powers of the Authority.
