10 Emergency Management Act 1986—exempt instruments

For the purposes of section 4A(1)(c) of the Act, the following instruments made under the Emergency Management Act 1986 are exempt from the operation of Parts 2A, 3A and 5A of the Act—

(a) a declaration under section 23(1);

(b) a revocation or variation of a declaration under section 23(2);

(d) a declaration under section 24(2)(b);

(e) a declaration under section 24(4).
