Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These regulations set a 4‑month delayed start, define “Act” as the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, revoke the 2017 Regulations, and prescribe a list of specific South Australian instruments that will not be subject to automatic expiry under section 16A(d) of the Act. They affect the agencies that make or enforce the listed instruments and the people regulated by them, because those instruments remain continuously in force and must be maintained and applied without the usual expiry process.
