12K Certificates and composite certificates (1) A certificate issued under this Part must be— (a) signed by the responsible Minister issuing the certificate; and (b) dated with the date of signing. (2) A certificate issued under this Part may be a composite certificate which incorporates the certificates required by sections 12C, 12F and 12H or any combination of those certificates.
