46 Strata and cluster plans Schedule 2 has effect with respect to registered plans of strata subdivision, registered cluster plans, plans of redevelopment within the meaning of the **Strata Titles Act 1967** and plans of cluster redevelopment within the meaning of the **Cluster Titles Act 1974**.
