42A Registrar may approve forms (1) Subject to this Act and the regulations, the Registrar may from time to time approve forms for use under this Act. S. 42A(2) amended by No. 42/2017 s. 64(1). (2) The Registrar must publish a copy of each approved form in a manner that the Registrar thinks fit. S. 42A(3) repealed by No. 42/2017 s. 64(2).
