34E Application for order requiring owners corporation to comply (1) A person (including a Minister, the Council or a public authority) for whose benefit a requirement or duty is imposed on an owners corporation by this Act or the regulations may apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an order compelling the owners corporation to carry out the requirement or perform the duty. (2) The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may make any order it thinks fit on an application under this section. S. 34F inserted by No. 69/2006 s. 211.
