34C VCAT may refer matter to County Court The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may refer a dispute or other matter to which section 34A or 34B applies to the County Court, on its own motion or on the application of a party if the Tribunal is satisfied that it ought to be so referred having regard to— (a) the fact that the dispute or other matter raises a question of general importance; and (b) this Act and the regulations; and (c) the complexity of the matter; and (d) the amount (if any) in dispute.
