34B Disputes about easements (1) This section applies if a dispute or other matter arises between the owners of lots, roads or reserves on a plan, in relation to— (a) an easement implied by section 12; or (b) the exercise of rights conferred by the easement; or (c) interference with the easement; or (d) maintenance or repair obligations in relation to the easement. (2) Any of the owners may apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an order determining the dispute or matter. (3) The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may make any order it thinks fit on an application under this section. S. 34C inserted by No. 69/2006 s. 211.
