34A Disputes relating to owners corporations—general (1) This section applies if a dispute or any other matter arises under this Act or the regulations and affects— (a) an owners corporation; or (b) an owner of land affected by an owners corporation; or (c) a purchaser in possession under a terms contract of a lot affected by an owners corporation. (2) The owners corporation, owner of a lot or purchaser may apply to the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an order determining the dispute or matter. (3) The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal may make any order it thinks fit on an application under this section. S. 34B inserted by No. 69/2006 s. 211.
