33 How can lot entitlement and liability be altered? S. 33(1) amended by No. 42/2017 s. 61, substituted by No. 4/2021 s. 90(1). (1) If there is a unanimous resolution of the members, the owners corporation must apply to the Registrar to alter the lot entitlement or lot liability. S. 33(1A) inserted by No. 4/2021 s. 90(1). (1A) An application under subsection (1) must be made— (a) in the approved form; and (b) within 60 days of the passage of the unanimous resolution. S. 33(2) substituted by No. 4/2021 s. 90(2). (2) In making any alteration to the lot entitlement or lot liability, the owners corporation must act in accordance with section 27F(4). S. 33(3) repealed by No. 4/2021 s. 90(2).
