32B New plan may create owners corporation (1) The owners of lots on one or more plans that are not lots affected by an owners corporation may submit for certification and lodge for registration a plan providing for the creation of one or more limited or unlimited owners corporations and amending any registered plan in any way necessary because of that creation. (2) The plan must not provide for the creation of common property or the alteration of existing boundaries. (3) Consent to the registration of the plan is not required by any other person in respect of any land that is not the subject of the plan. S. 33 substituted by No. 69/2006 s. 211.
