22B Registrar to refuse registration if documents or evidence not supplied If the Registrar is of the opinion that the submission of any document, a response to any requisition or the giving of any information, evidence or notice or the doing of any act is necessary or desirable, then, if the document, information, evidence or notice is not supplied or given or the act is not done within such time as the Registrar allows— (a) the Registrar may refuse to accept, complete or proceed with any application, registration, dealing or matter whatsoever or to do any act or make any entry or memorandum; and (b) the Registrar may return all or any of the instruments and documents lodged in connection with the matter that the Registrar thinks fit; and (c) the fees paid in respect of the matter are forfeited.
