#### 27 Individual may be given access to an authenticated VET transcript etc. (1) The Registrar may, on request, give an individual who has been assigned a student identifier access to: (a) an authenticated VET transcript of the individual; or (b) an extract from an authenticated VET transcript of the individual. (2) The request must: (a) be made in a manner and form approved by the Registrar; and (b) include any information required by the Registrar; and (c) if the request is for an extract—specify the information to be excluded from the extract. (3) If the Registrar refuses to give access under subsection (1), the Registrar must give the individual written notice of the decision and the reasons for the decision.
