#### 18D Collection, use or disclosure for purposes of school education An entity prescribed by the regulations is authorised to collect, use or disclose protected information of an individual if the collection, use or disclosure is for a purpose, or in circumstances: (a) relating to school education; and (b) prescribed by the regulations.
