13F Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

(1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal by an individual for review of the following decisions of the Registrar: (a) a refusal to assign a schools identifier to the individual under section 13B; (b) a refusal to validate a schools identifier of the individual under section 13D; (c) a decision under section 13E to revoke a schools identifier of the individual or to assign an identifier to the individual. (2) Subsection (1) has effect despite subsection 17(1) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
