13Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal

#### 13 Review by the Administrative Review Tribunal (1) Applications may be made to the Administrative Review Tribunal by an individual for review of the following decisions of the Registrar: (a) a refusal to assign a student identifier to the individual under section 10; (b) a decision under section 12 to revoke a student identifier of the individual or to assign an identifier to the individual. (2) Subsection (1) has effect despite subsection 17(1) of the Administrative Review Tribunal Act 2024.
