12 Prescribed events
For the purposes of subsection 48(1) of the Act, this Division prescribes events in relation to a person (the ABSTUDY payee) who is receiving, or is entitled to receive, an amount under the ABSTUDY Scheme: (a) in respect of a student; and (b) in relation to a course at an education institution.
