#### 12ZV Explanation of Division This Division deals with: (a) the application of the Bankruptcy Act 1966 in relation to rights and liabilities arising under or out of a financial supplement contract; and (b) the effect of decisions reviewing decisions by the Secretary under this Part; and (c) the giving of notice to a student when the student’s obligations to a participating corporation have been assigned to the Commonwealth; and (d) the exemption from State and Territory taxes of assignments and other acts and transactions under this Part.
