12P Explanation of Division
This Division provides for payments in respect of financial supplement to stop if the person in receipt of the financial supplement: (a) so requests; or (b) is found to be eligible for a reduced maximum amount of financial supplement and has already been paid that amount; or (c) ceases to be, or is found never to have been, eligible for financial supplement; or (d) dies.
