#### 11B Verification of tax file numbers (1) The Secretary may provide to the Commissioner a tax file number that a person has notified to the Secretary for the purposes of paragraph 7C(1)(c), for the purpose of verifying that the number is the person’s tax file number. (2) If the Commissioner is satisfied that the number is the person’s tax file number, the Commissioner may give the Secretary a written notice informing the Secretary accordingly.
