#### 11A Simplified outline of this Division The Secretary and the Commissioner may share information about tax file numbers for the purposes of administering ABSTUDY student start‑up loans. The Commissioner is also responsible for the recovery of debts under this Part and has functions and powers to fulfil that responsibility relating to returns, assessments, collection and other administrative matters.
