3 Declaration of strategic infrastructure corridor
(1) The areas of land identified as Area 1 and Area 2 on Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register are –
(a) designated to be land within a corridor; and
(b) declared to be a strategic infrastructure corridor; and
(c) assigned the name “Derwent Valley Corridor from Third Avenue to Back River Road”.
(2) A reduced copy of Plan 11084 in the Central Plan Register is set out, by way of illustration only, in Schedule 1 , to this notice.
