71 Relationship to service infrastructure legislation
Nothing in this Part or section 94 is to be taken to derogate from the provisions of any of the following:
(a) the Electricity Industry Safety and Administration Act 1997 ;
(b) the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 ;
(c) [Section 71 Amended by No. 3 of 2019, s. 24, Applied:03 Feb 2021] the Gas Industry Act 2019 ;
(d) [Section 71 Amended by No. 3 of 2019, s. 24, Applied:03 Feb 2021] the Gas Safety Act 2019 ;
(e) the Water Management Act 1999 ;
(f) any prescribed Act.
