### 52 Register of corridor authorisations to be kept > > (1)  A corridor manager must keep a register of – > > > > > > (a) any corridor authorisations granted or cancelled by the corridor manager; and > > > > > > > (b) any authorisation issued by the corridor manager under [section 48](#GS48@EN) of the transfer of a business permission. > > > (2)  The register is to be kept in the form, which may be an electronic form, that the corridor manager thinks fit. > > > (3)  A corridor manager must, at the request of the Minister – > > > > > > (a) permit the Minister to inspect a register kept under this section; or > > > > > > > (b) provide to the Minister a copy of an extract from a register kept under this section.
