### 51 Insurance > > (1)  Without limiting the generality of [section 33](#GS33@EN) , the Minister may issue to the corridor manager in relation to the corridor directions requiring the corridor manager to take out and maintain relevant insurance in relation to the corridor. > > > (2)  For the purposes of [subsection (1)](#GS51@Gs1@EN) , relevant insurance includes, but is not limited to including, insurance in relation to – > > > > > > (a) claims by a person or the Crown in relation to the condition, use or occupation of the corridor, including claims in relation to personal injury, death or property damage; and > > > > > > > (b) damage to land within the corridor and any infrastructure, fixtures, chattels or improvements on the corridor.
