### 28 Contracting out by managing authority > The managing authority in relation to a corridor may enter into a contract or other arrangement with a person to enable – > > > > (a) works, including routine works, to be undertaken by another person for the care, management, repair or improvement of the corridor; or > > > > > (b) the performance or exercise, in relation to the corridor, of the functions or powers of the managing authority under this or any other Act.
