### 106 Charging of fees for use > > (1)  A fee may not be charged to a person for the use, for recreational purposes, of a corridor, except – > > > > > > (a) under a business permission; or > > > > > > > (b) under a business licence issued under the [Crown Lands Act 1976](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-1976-028) in accordance with this Act; or > > > > > > > (c) if the charging of the fee is permitted by the regulations. > > > (2)  The responsible manager may, subject to the regulations, charge a person a fee for the use of a structure that is situated on a corridor.
