6 Lodgment of plan for registration

(1)  [Section 6 Subsection (1) amended by No. 33 of 2006, s. 8, Applied:18 Dec 2006] A person may lodge a strata plan with the Recorder for registration.

(1A)  [Section 6 Subsection (1A) inserted by No. 33 of 2006, s. 8, Applied:18 Dec 2006] The plan must be endorsed with a certificate of approval issued by the council for the area in which the site is situated.

(2)  The plan must be accompanied by –

(a) [Section 6 Subsection (2) amended by No. 33 of 2006, s. 8, Applied:18 Dec 2006] .  .  .  .  .  .  .  .  

(b) any certificates of title for the site; and

(c) any other documents that may be required by the Recorder; and

(d) the prescribed fee.

(3)  If satisfied that the requirements for registration have been complied with, the Recorder must register the plan.
