### 27 Application for cancellation > > (1)  An application for the cancellation of a strata plan may be made by the relevant body corporate. > > > (2)  The application must be accompanied by the following: > > > > > > (a) a copy of the resolution authorising the application certified under the common seal of the relevant body corporate to be a unanimous resolution of the body corporate; > > > > > > > (b) the written consents of all registered mortgagees of lots; > > > > > > > (c) the certificates of title for all existing lots; > > > > > > > (d) a certificate of approval issued under the authority of the council in which the scheme is situated; > > > > > > > (e) the prescribed fee. > > > (3)  The Recorder may dispense with a registered mortgagee's consent under [subsection (2)(b)](#GS27@Gs2@Hpb@EN) if satisfied that the interests of the mortgagee would not be prejudiced by cancellation of the plan or that the mortgagee has unreasonably withheld consent.
