[Section 158B Inserted by No. 98 of 2001, s. 25, Applied:01 Jan 2002] No regulation that prescribed a fee for the purposes of this Act before the commencement of the Registration and Related Fees Act 2001 is to be taken as having ever been invalid by reason only of the amount of the fee so prescribed.
