### 137 Enforcement of orders
> > (1) [*\[Section 137 Subsection (1) amended by No. 33 of 2006, s. 37, Applied:18 Dec 2006\]*](/view/html/inforce/2006-12-18/act-2006-033#GS37@Hpa@EN) If a person is required by an order to take or refrain from taking specified action, and the person fails to comply with the order within the time allowed by the order, any other person with a proper interest in the matter may apply to the Recorder for an order –
