### 126 Orders regarding insurance > [*\[Section 126 Substituted by No. 33 of 2006, s. 33, Applied:18 Dec 2006\]*](/view/html/inforce/2006-12-18/act-2006-033#GS33@EN) > > > (1)  If, on an application for relief under this Part, the Recorder is satisfied that the amount for which the body corporate has taken out insurance is unreasonable, the Recorder may order the body corporate to increase or decrease the amount of the insurance. > > > (2)  If, on an application for relief under this Part, the Recorder is satisfied that an owner of a lot has taken out or maintained insurance following a breach by the body corporate of its obligation to do so, the Recorder may order the body corporate to reimburse the owner the cost of that insurance.
