### 122 Order making by-laws > > (1) If, on an application for relief under this Part, the Recorder is satisfied that the body corporate has unreasonably refused to make a by-law that is reasonably required for the proper enjoyment of a lot or common property, or the proper administration of a scheme, the Recorder may make an order in the terms on which the by-law should have been made. > > > (2) An order under this section operates as a by-law.
