18B Response to request for payment plan—the Act, s 85(6)

(1) An owners corporation or strata committee must, within 28 days after receiving a completed request form from an owner for a payment plan, give a written response to the owner.

(2) If the request is refused, the response must include the reasons for the refusal, including an explanation of how the reasons apply in the particular case.
