#### 12 Priority votes—owners corporation 12 Priority votes—owners corporation > For the purposes of clause 24(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to the Act, a priority vote may be cast on a motion if the motion would require expenditure that exceeds an amount calculated by multiplying $1,000 by the number of lots in the strata scheme.
