#### 274 Act to bind Crown 274 Act to bind Crown > > (1) This Act binds the Crown in right of New South Wales and, in so far as the legislative power of the Parliament of New South Wales permits, the Crown in all its other capacities. > > > (2) However, Division 5 of Part 2 and Parts 3, 4, 5, 6 (except sections 122, 123 and 124 and Division 6), 8, 9 and 10 do not apply to or in respect of a strata scheme if the Crown is the owner of all lots in the scheme. > > Note. > > The reference to the Crown covers statutory bodies representing the Crown and NSW Government agencies.
