#### 268 Powers of entry by public authority or public officer 268 Powers of entry by public authority or public officer > A public authority or public officer authorised by any Act to enter on part of a parcel for the purpose of exercising any power conferred on it may enter on any other part of that parcel (and, if it is a part strata parcel, any other part of the building concerned or its site, whether or not it is part of a parcel) if it is necessary to do so in order to exercise that power.
