25A Voting limits for persons acting under power of attorney
(1) A person acting under a power of attorney may, if authorised by the power of attorney, exercise voting rights at a general meeting of the owners corporation on behalf of the owner of a lot.
(2) A person acting under a power of attorney may exercise voting rights on behalf of not more than—
(a) if the strata scheme has not more than 20 lots—1 owner, or
(b) if the strata scheme has more than 20 lots—5% of the total number of lot owners.
(3) For subclause (2), a power of attorney authorising a person to exercise voting rights on behalf of an owner who is a member of the person’s family must not be taken into account.
