25A Voting limits for persons acting under power of attorney
> > (1) A person acting under a power of attorney may, if authorised by the power of attorney, exercise voting rights at a general meeting of the owners corporation on behalf of the owner of a lot.
>
> > (2) A person acting under a power of attorney may exercise voting rights on behalf of not more than—
> >
> > > (a) if the strata scheme has not more than 20 lots—1 owner, or
> >
> > > (b) if the strata scheme has more than 20 lots—5% of the total number of lot owners.
>
> > (3) For subclause (2), a power of attorney authorising a person to exercise voting rights on behalf of an owner who is a member of the person’s family must not be taken into account.
