#### 216 Internal dispute resolution procedures for strata schemes 216 Internal dispute resolution procedures for strata schemes > > (1) An owners corporation for a strata scheme may establish, by any means it thinks fit, a voluntary process for resolving disputes between any one or more owners of lots in the scheme, other interested persons, the owners corporation, the strata committee, the strata managing agent and the building manager. > > > (2) The fact that a person has or has not participated in any such process, or the fact that a person has done or omitted to do anything in the course of or as a result of any such process, is not to be considered for the purposes of any mediation or other proceedings under this Act and does not prevent mediation occurring, or proceedings being taken, in any such case.
