#### 202 Persons who are to be provided with copies or notice of reports 202 Persons who are to be provided with copies or notice of reports > > (1) A building inspector must give a copy of an interim report or a final report to the following persons not later than 14 days after completing the report— > > > > > (a) the developer, > > > > > (b) the owners corporation, if the initial period has ended, > > > > > (c) the Secretary, > > > > > (d) the builder responsible for any defective building work identified in the report. > > > (2) An owners corporation must give written notice to the owners of lots in the strata scheme of the receipt of an interim report or a final report on building work in connection with the scheme not later than 14 days after receiving the report. > > > (3) The notice must contain the particulars, if any, prescribed by the regulations for the purposes of this section. > > Maximum penalty—5 penalty units.
