188P Obstruction of Secretary

A person must not, without reasonable excuse, obstruct, hinder or interfere with the Secretary in the exercise of the Secretary’s functions under this part.

Maximum penalty—

(a) for an individual—20 penalty units, or

(b) otherwise—100 penalty units.
