#### 32 Costs and expenses deducted from sale price 32 Costs and expenses deducted from sale price > For the purposes of section 170 (1) (c) (v) of the Act, the exact amount of all costs and expenses to be deducted from the sale price must be included in a strata renewal plan for the collective sale of a strata scheme, or if the exact amount of a cost or expense is not known, an estimate of the amount and a detailed explanation as to how that estimate has been determined.
