#### 24 Lodgment of consolidated by-laws 24 Lodgment of consolidated by-laws > > (1) For the purposes of recording in the folio for common property in a strata scheme particulars of any change in the by-laws for the scheme, a change in the by-laws is to be lodged in the form of a consolidated version of the by-laws that incorporates the change. > > > (2) Relevant model by-laws must be included in any consolidated version. > > > (3) The Registrar-General may permit a change in the by-laws for a strata scheme to be lodged separately and not in a consolidated version if— > > > > > (a) the Registrar-General is satisfied that it would be too onerous for a consolidated version to be lodged, and > > > > > (b) there are no more than 5 such separate changes recorded on the folio.
