21 Category 1 fire safety provisions

For the purposes of section 57 of the Act, the following performance requirements of the Building Code of Australia are prescribed as Category 1 fire safety provisions—

(a) Volume 1, E1P3, E1P4, E1P6, E2P1, E2P2 and E3P2,

(b) Volume 2, H3P2.
