#### 13 Execution by developer on behalf of owners corporation 13 Execution by developer on behalf of owners corporation > > (1) A dealing, plan or other instrument executed by a developer on behalf of an owners corporation under section 87 (3) of the Act must be executed in an approved form. > > > (2) The developer must provide the Registrar-General with a statutory declaration signed by the developer (or other person authorised by the developer) that sets out the circumstances in which the dealing, plan or other instrument was approved by the owners corporation.
